From £100 per month

Our Pro Support Contract is suitable for a small office network (or home office) without a server. It provides guaranteed response-times backed by a designated team who monitor and manage your network.

» 4-hour remote response to critical support requests.
» 8-hour on-site response to critical or high priority support requests when a site visit is required.

Managed Antivirus

We will supply, install and manage a business-grade antivirus to keep the Client’s computers protected against rootkits, spyware, adware, dialers, keyloggers, and potentially unwanted applications.

Patch Management

Critical updates for Microsoft products (and selected other vendors) will be installed to keep computers secured and up to date.

Network Monitoring

We will monitor your Windows network for such things as drive health, drive space, security patches, antivirus updates and more.

Scheduled Tune-ups

We will run system clean-ups, defragment drives, and cleanse hard disks which are low on space.

Remote Support

In most cases, support requests can be completed without the need to come on-site by using remote access, telephone and email.

On-site Support

One of our team will come to your business to carry out the requested services. This can be particularly useful of the issue is hardware-related, or if there are many issues which can be dealt with concurrently. It also adds that personal touch which can often be preferable to the client.

Streamlined monthly billing via Direct Debit for your peace of mind.

Annual IT Review

During each 12-month period, we will conduct a free review of your IT setup on-site.

Monitored Cloud Backup (add-on)

We provide a 100GB cloud backup which we monitor daily to ensure the safety of the Client’s data. Additional backup storage can be purchased. We can either backup all your data or just your critical data – you decide.

Web Protection (add-on)

Keep your workforce secure and productive by setting your own website content-filtering policies, website blacklists, time- and content-based browsing policies, and much more.

Online/Offline Device Monitoring (add-on)

We monitor the availability of your critical infrastructure, such as a Network Storage Device (NAS), to minimise downtime.
