COVID-19: WORKING SAFELY ONSITE

Please read the following before our arrival:

In order to ensure the safety of our staff and customers, we follow government guidance. The following guidance is to protect both our customers and staff.

Our Responsibilities

  • Our staff may wear personal protective equipment, such as a face covering where appropriate.

  • We may use antibacterial gel before we enter and after we leave your premises.

  • We may maintain a distance from you where possible.

  • We may start a service on-site, and then complete it remotely in order to reduce the amount of time spent on-site.

  • We may hold meetings outdoors or in well-ventilated rooms whenever possible.

  • These responsibilities may vary according to government guidelines.

Your Responsibilities

  • Please ensure you maintain a distance from our staff where possible.

  • Please limit the number of people/workers within a confined space to maintain social distancing.

  • Please maintain good ventilation, for example keeping windows and doors open before our arrival. Our staff may open windows to allow air-flow.

  • Please ensure our working area is clear and clean before our arrival.

  • Please consider wearing a face-covering if you have one.

Unfortunately, we cannot carry out work in a household which is isolating because one or more family members has symptoms.

If our staff deems an environment as unsafe to work in, they will politely ask for adjustments to be made. They can arrange to return at a later date if these adjustments are not possible immediately.
