Remote Support
We continue to offer our customers remote-support as normal. We can log in remotely to your server, desktop, laptop, phone and tablet. We can carry out almost all of our services remotely, so please get in touch if you need assistance.
Onsite Visits
We are able to come to your home or office to assist you. Please see Covid-19: Working Safely Onsite for our safety guidelines.
Self-Isolation & Sheilding
Unfortunately, we cannot carry out work in a household which is isolating because one or more family members has symptoms of Covid-19 or where an individual has been advised to shield.
For those of you who are in self-isolation our team can still help. We can login remotely to your device to assist, and will talk you through any procedures to carry out at your home, meaning you and your property stay safe & you do not need an engineer to visit.
