Remote Support

We continue to offer our customers remote-support as normal. We can log in remotely to your server, desktop, laptop, phone and tablet. We can carry out almost all of our services remotely, so please get in touch if you need assistance.

Onsite Visits

We are able to come to your home or office to assist you. Please see Covid-19: Working Safely Onsite for our safety guidelines.

Self-Isolation

Unfortunately, we cannot carry out work in a household which is isolating because one or more family members has symptoms of Covid-19

For those of you who are in self-isolation our team can still help by logging in remotely to your device to assist you.
