We are open for business as usual
At TipTop we are used to working remotely. We are well placed to help others do the same.
Some things we can help you with right now:
connect you to your workplace.
restructure your business IT to a remote-working environment.
setup your home computers so each member of your family has a separate workspace and has access to the resources they need.
Remote Support & Onsite Support
At TipTop we are following government guidelines. We continue to offer our customers remote-support as normal. We can log in remotely to your server, desktop, laptop, phone and tablet. We can usually even login remotely to your printer!
However, following government guidelines, we are unable to make site visits at present unless it would be deemed 'essential' by the government. We can still ensure that our customers homes and businesses can continue to run smoothly during these challenging times by guiding them over the phone, and by remote support.
High-Risk / Self-Isolation
For those of you who are in a high-risk category or are in self-isolation our team can still help. We will login remotely to your device to assist, and will talk you through any procedures to carry out at your home, meaning you and your property stay safe & you do not need an engineer to visit.
