These are our Standard Rates. Prices exclude VAT.

Home: £65 per hour

Business: £75 per hour (10% discount for Charities*)

Minimum 1 hour on-site (1/2 hour remote), then charged in 15-minute blocks.

No travel-charge to local postcodes including KT1-KT24, GU1-5, RH1-5.

For other postcodes see Travel Charges.

Standard Rates apply Monday-Friday, 9.00am-5.30pm (excluding Bank Holidays). Out-of-Hours Rates (1.5x Standard Rates) apply at all other times.

 

We carry out the majority of our services on-site, saving you the hassle of unplugging your equipment and transporting it to us.

Prices exclude VAT.

Diagnosis: £37.50

Hardware install: £37.50 standard / £75 advanced

Annual Service: £75 (workshop or remote - read more)

Data Backup/Restore: £49 each way

Windows Reinstall: £75
SSD Clone - Windows (up to 480GB): £130 + SSD drive

SSD Clone - Mac (up to 480GB): £195 + SSD drive

Data Recovery: from £150
Disposal: £10/device
Everything else: Standard Rates apply.

*Charity must be registered with the Charity Commission.
