These are our Standard Rates.

Home: Hourly Rate £69+vat

Business: Hourly Rate £75+vat

​

Minimum 1 hour on-site (1/2 hour remote), then charged in 15-minute blocks.

No travel-charge to local postcodes including KT1-KT24, GU1-5, RH1-5.

Standard Rates apply Monday-Friday, 9.00am-5.30pm (excluding Bank Holidays). Out-of-Hours Rates (1.5x Standard Rates) apply at all other times.

 

We carry out the majority of our services on-site, saving you the hassle of unplugging your equipment and transporting it to us.

Prices exclude VAT.

Diagnosis: £37.50

Hardware install: £37.50 standard / £75 advanced

Annual Service: £75 (workshop or remote - read more)

Data Backup/Restore: £49 each way

System Reinstall: £75 for Windows | £112.50 for macOS
SSD Clone (Windows, up to 480GB): £150 + SSD drive

Data Recovery: from £195
Device Disposal (includes data wipe): £25 for PC/laptop | £45 for iMac
Everything else: Standard Rates apply.
