These are our Standard Rates.

For Home:
Hourly Rate £72+vat

For Business:

Hourly Rate £82+vat

Minimum 1 hour on-site (1/2 hour remote), then charged in 15-minute blocks. 

 

No travel-charge to local postcodes including KT1-KT24, GU1-5, RH1-5.

Standard Rates apply Monday-Friday, 9.00am-5.30pm (excluding Bank Holidays). Out-of-Hours Rates (1.5x Standard Rates) apply at all other times.​

Please note that we charge for the time spent completing a job, whether the work is carried out onsite, through remote access, by phone, by email, or in our workshop. Consultations are also chargeable, unless we’ve confirmed otherwise in advance.

 

If you've asked us to find or recover data, whether on-site or in our workshop, we’ll need to charge for the time involved, even if recovery isn’t successful.

We carry out the majority of our services on-site, saving you the hassle of unplugging your equipment and transporting it to us.

SSD Clone (Windows, up to 480GB): £150 + SSD drive

Data Recovery: from £195
Data Wipe/Destruction (free Hardware Recycle/Disposal):

• £25 for PC/laptop

• £45 for iMac

• £15 for single drive
