Dell offer an excellent range of laptops, desktops, servers, monitors, peripherals, docking stations, and more.

Many of their computers can be customised, and they have a range of warranty options to choose from, depending on your needs. Their after-sales service is generally very good (with multiple warranty-options), and their delivery dates are clear and generally accurate.

That said, Dell’s newer product naming structure can be confusing. Familiar ranges such as Inspiron, XPS, Latitude, and Precision are being phased out or consolidated under broader categories — Dell, Dell Pro, and Dell Pro Max. Within each category, systems are further differentiated using sub-tiers (Base, Plus, and Premium) to indicate feature sets and performance levels.
