If you run a charity, you may be eligible for Microsoft 365 at no cost or a significantly reduced price.
Microsoft’s non-profit programme gives access to essential tools like Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and Office apps, helping organisations stay organised without increasing overheads.
For many UK charities, the starting point is simple:
Up to 300 users on Microsoft 365 Business Basic – completely free
If you need desktop apps (eg. Outlook, Word, Excel) – Business Standard is around £2.30/month
What does that look like in practice?
25 users on M365 Business Basic: £0/month total (compared with £92/month)
20 users on M365 Business Standard: £57.50/month total (compared with £240/month)
Discounts can be up to 75% compared to normal pricing, making these tools accessible even for smaller organisations.
If you’re eligible and not using it, it’s well worth exploring to significantly reduce costs.
